Review: I have recently bought a car from ABA Motors. They told me countless times, which I have proof that their was no mechanical issues with the car. After purchasing the car and on the way home the battery started dying and the car started overheating so the next day I took the car to [redacted] in [redacted] and after they evaluated the car, I found out the car has mechanical issues costing over $3500.00. I paid $1500.00 for the car after being told there was no mechanical issues. I also have proof of them saying that there is no mechanical issues. And estimations from 2 different Repair shops that both lead the price over $3500.00. It was sold to me under false pretenses, and they swore up and down that there was no mechanical issues, and also the cosmetics of the car is in horrible condition also. ABA Motors also told me that they did a full tune up, which would include the spark plugs because I looked that up, and the Repair shops both told me that 6 of the 8 spark plugs need repaired, and I can not even drive the car it is dangerous. I will be recieving a letter from the repair shop stating that. I have a 1 year old daughter and the fact they sold me a car that was that dangerous to drive scares me. What if we got into an accident or something bad happened because they lied about the condition of the car?Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund that I paid for the car which is $1500.00, tags and taxes $224.00, putting it into both shops which is $165.00.

Review: Last month on April 4, 2014 I took my 1997 [redacted], Red in color, to my mechanic because it was having BREAK issues. When I hit the breaks it is a loud screeching noise coming from the right rear side. My mechanic told me I needed several parts which I obtain a receipt for in proof. He performed the work on my car and that was done. Today, which is May 20th 2014. He is reusing to help me fix this same issue that he said I do not have warranty on. I took the car to him last week on Wednesday the 14th 2014. He told me that I wore out my beak and there is nothing that he can do to he;p me that I would have to come out o pocket when I do obtain a warranty. I called him today and told him that I would give him 50 dollars that all that I have to help me. He told me he can not control how fast I wear out all several parts o my breaks but I am welcome to come and get everything replaced. He later told me that I would need to contact the Manufactures. So I did. They told me it was his mistake and something was up with this mechanic. I have proof o the manufactures receipt from my mechanic, my conversation with my mechanic, and my receipt originally from [redacted]. The only proof that I do not obtain is the conversation with [redacted], Although I did take a picture o our conversation. Please help!Desired Settlement: I really just would like my brakes fixed but I do not know how long it will last without breaking down. So I would gladly take a refund. Either or.
