Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am writing Revdex.com of Wisconsin in response to my case [redacted] that will be addressing the statement your office received from Mr [redacted] owner of ABA Semar located at N Port Washington Rd Glendale, Wisconsin In Mr [redacted] statement he falsely claims that a fourth chain was present during the repair transaction, which is absolutely untrueFirst, Mr [redacted] was not present in the store on August 4, 2016; secondly, it took ABA Semar at least seven-business day to locate my jewelry after sending it out depicting the first sign that something was wrong, and thirdly, they was someone with me that can collaborate what actually took placeMr [redacted] statement mentioning a fourth chain is totally fabricated in an attempt to confuse the actual encounter that took place on August 30, He also fails to correctly list an accurate description representing my jewelry in an attempt to lessen the value“I know my own jewelry!” Therefore, it is my positive and accurate recollection that my 18kt 24” solid gold rope was loss/stolen in the custody of ABA Semar’s in Glendale, Wisconsin.In response to Mr [redacted] further reviewsIn his statement he admits that an expensive chain was seen but stated I put it back in my purseAgain, there was never a chain number fourHe also fail to mention that I bought in each gold chain in a plastic sandwich baggy as my way of being organized and not to further damage the broke chains in total.Please accept this letter of statement as my response to Mr [redacted] stated versionI have no appropriate reasons to want to intentionally hurt the business of ABA Semar.Thank you, [redacted]

I stay by my initial statement regarding ABA Semar business, and I know without doubt that this business loss or stolen the valuable 18kt 24' gold rope chainThe business also was careless in their business dealing by failure to photograph, write a full description of my jewelry as other reasonable jewelers would do in the same situationThe business is 100% responsible for replacing my jewelry at once.Thank you,*** ***

In Mr. [redacted] statement he falsely claims that a fourth chain was present during the repair transaction, which is absolutely untrue. On August 4th 2016, Consumer came into my store, took out four chain... />
on the counter.  During review of the items, consumer removed one of... put it back into her purse, at the same time saying that this chain... customer service advisers picked up three broken 10k lightweight chains... service. The consumer was advised that a specialist would review the ... consumer with the price quote. Some days later we contacted the consumer with the price quote of $1... agreed on the phone for the repair price, and we started and complet... The repairs were done well, and quality­wise there was nothing to co... consumer complained that it took two weeks to complete the repair. On... common turnover time for us. Consumer then stated that one of the ch... one she dropped off was longer and more expensive.  At that moment ... the counter, pending further review. Upon my further review I concluded that either one of two things hap... 1. Consumer still has a more expensive chain in her purse, that she�... an honest mistake. 2. Consumer for reasons unknown to me, is attempting to commit fraud�... By making false claims this consumer is tarnishing my company's reputa... which causes actual damages. I am hopeful that it isn't the latter, and the whole thing is just�... jewelry very well, so it looks almost like new. This repair order is still available for pick­up. Please come in during normal business hours with your claim ticket an... cash to pickup your items. We are not responsible for Jewelry Items left over 60 days.
