It is our goal to provide quality service to all of our customers We never do any work that is not necessary or is not requested by the customer We also have an obligation to follow state and local codes concerning the plumbing systems we service Therefore, when we notice that
pipework is not up to code we must make every effort to bring it up to code This does come at a cost to the customer There is the labor cost and there is the cost of the materials When we communicate this to the customer we always state that it will cost $x.xx in labor plus the cost of the parts, which was communicated in this case We always work hard to solve our customers' plumbing issues, and do not refer our customers to another company unless solving the problem involves work that we do not do In the case of a bubbler, if clearing the line required excavation, which would be the case if the line is broken or if there are objects in the line that cannot be removed with our cables, we will refer the customer to a company that can provide that service as we do not do excavation We take all customer complaints seriously, and encourage our customers to call us if there are any issues with the service we provided to them Since the last service completed on 1/11/17, we have not received a call from you We would be happy to discuss this you Thank-you Advanced Sewer and Drain Cleaning
