Had the owner of the company inspect my new house and he missed a number of critical items. Mold was found after the fact around the hot water heater, and it had leaked through the wall into one of cabinets into the kitchen. 80 inches of dry mold, not wet so it had been there during the inspection, along the wall in the garage. It's going to cost us over $2000 to fix that alone. Also plumbing problems under most of the sinks from rusty leaking spigots, water lines, and the hose assembly for the sprayer in the sink. All that cost us another 600$ to fix. Inspector/owner did nothing to rectify the problems and denied he had missed it, and of course none of this is covered under any home warranty
