- when I asked them a question about what they were doing, they responded in a way that I understood
- they were careful not to damage my home or flowers/plants
- Mr. [redacted] checked frequently to make sure everything was going ahead as planned and to make sure they kept to the original timeline
- there was a good rapport between owner and his employees
