I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I am looking for a quick resolution and believe that I was correct...there was no refund or cancellation policy posted anywhere within the store or on the website at the time of my situation. The owner is correct in that it was an "opening," but there was no signage about refunds at the time. I noticed they showed up on the website after I started asking about my options. However, I do not wish to follow up with this any further. A business, with a good business ethic, would do the right thing from the start. I will take the loss and chuck it up to experience. Please do not put my name or personal information on the Revdex.com website, if this needs to be reported
