They blamed my son for getting kicked by other children because he had a few issues in the past and must have started it
Told me I lied about the incident, called me a racist for complaining
I decided to pull my child from the business and asked for a prorated refund
They said according to policy they don't have to refund me
I asked for the policy which is required they give me a copy before enrollment
Before he was enrolled I was given a copy , then the day he started I was asked to return my copy and u would get a pdf version as the law says they need a signed copy on the site
I was never given my copy, and have no idea what the policy is as they refuse to honor our contract which states I am to have a copy
