This is the second time I have used My Movers Plus and I will definitely use them again I bought some large items at an auction and needed help getting them moved up stairs - stories! They were prompt, efficient, pleasant and so easy to work withThey took great care with my items especially since it was a tough twisty set of story outside steps I can highly recommend them - they will treat you right!
Called multiple times to confirm appointment and no answerLeft a voice mail and still no call backArrived an hour and a half late with no apologies or explanations which caused me to miss a very important meetingWhen handed the bill it was more than the amount previously discussedDuring phone call to discuss the money and tardy issue I was spoken to like a child not capable of understanding basic mathematicsTold that I had written down wrong arrival time after I was assured by owners wife that I had the correct timeOwner said that he didn't care about my personal problem (missed meeting) and then proceeded to try and pin his issues on me by repeating, "You do something nice for someone and they don't appreciate it." Very unprofessional, very rude, no communication, and no apologies about any of those things! These people seemed so nice while I was setting up my appointment and then showed me their true colors
Overall excellent experience! The crew showed up on time and did not stop except about minutes to eat lunch I'm typically concerned when you pay someone by the hour but they hustled the entire time! No walls or furniture was damaged Awesome company and will definitely recommend to anyone looking to move locally or out of state
I needed to move from Lexington to Frankfort at he end of JanuaryI checked with a couple places and they were all short responded and extremely high pricedI sent Ron and Carla and email and they asked me to call them for additional informationAs soon as I called, I knew they would be my moving companyThey were extremely polite, friendly, and looking forward to helping me with my moveI was suppose to move on a Saturday, but with it being January, weather can change at the drop of a hatRon kept and eye on the weather and in contact with me in case we had to change dates, so when the weather didn't let up we were able to work together to shift the move date without any issuesMonday came and the three gentlemen that came to move me were extremely polite and very careful with everythingThey had a smooth steady pace the whole time and moved items out of the old apartment and into the new one around corners without scratching or hitting anything, and some of the spaces were tightAfter the move and settling everything with Carla, Ron called to check up to make everything was okI highly recommend this company for their hard work and compassion

I called two weeks ago to book this company for my move. I confirmed with them twice this week. They never showed up to complete my move, and didn't answer their phones. The owner shut his phone off after I called multiple times. I wouldn't trust them to move a single piece of furniture, much less an entire house. How they have an A rating, I'll never know.
