Review: Dennis Regan the owner of this business has changed his business name many times to avoid unhappy customers such as ourselves. The owner is Dennis R[redacted] and he is a dishonest and unethical person. He will seem nice and give a low estimate. Then starts collecting money before he even starts the job. Then he doesn't show when promised and keeps making excuses. Then he does the job but adds more charges. The work wasn't done properly so we called him back since he says he guarantees his work. What a bunch of lies. We tried to get a hold of him but he wasn't answering our calls. So tried another phone and he answered. He lied and said he will come by but never showed. Yet again he doesn't answer and now totally avoiding us. Estimate started around 400 and was up to 800; worst part is we still have the original problem. So we don't think he did anything but slab concrete which looks unprofessional and a mess. he didn't do the reflashing as promised and water is still leaking into the house. he basically took our money and ran. we want a refund so we can hire a licensed contractor to do the job properly. his previous or other business names are abagale chimney, do it right chimney,, precision chimney and roofing, acorn chimney and roofing, allied chimney and roofing and many more. they all have the same address [redacted]Desired Settlement: we want our money back so we can hire a licensed and trusted contracted to do the job properly.
