We try to build a sun room with this company and deposit ($7501) for down paymentweeks laters and still not able to start the project because they did not get approval by HOA! Mean while the company already order the materials and request us to paid the minimum interest $a month because I need to finance the whole projectFor a years old company they did not know that u have to get approval prior start the project! So if anyone want to use this company please be caution! We now try to dispute transaction and get the down payment back

In comparison to at least one other replacement window company, (having had half my windows done by Champion and half by Window World) I would not choose Champion again. The rate of seal failure in some of the windows requiring warranty work is about the same with both companies. However, Champion's response time now for warranty work is 10-12 weeks vs only 4 weeks with WW. Its gotten worse since the Greenville office closed. I called both companies 1/4/16. As of this writing (3/10/16), I am still waiting for 2 warranty replacement windows to be replaced by Champion, whereas the WW windows are in and finished and have been for several weeks now. Personnel at Champion does not return voice mail calls promptly, nor keep their clients up to date on the progress of their order. I believe I'll just have to wait...
