xxxxx came to service my xxxxx washer Thurs morning He was very personable, neat and concerned for my property, giving me several suggestions for better service from my appliances We chatted and I felt very comfortable having him in my home He quickly and efficiently replaced the trouble part, the water pump, wiping up the spills He ran the washer, making sure there were no leaks From our conversations, I found him very trustworthy, and when I actually need to replace my washer I will certainly contact Appliance Outlet

I purchased a pre-owned dryer from the company and began to have problems with taking items longer to dry. I went back to purchase another dryer and the sales clerk let me know I was in the 6 month warranty time with 4 days to go. The service tech came to my home and checked it out. The dryer was fine but I needed to replace dryer vent to outside and clean. The dryer is running great now and the service call was free in my 6 month warranty timeframe. I will continue to be a customer there.
