the two remaining shipments, she later stated that someone brought her one of the two missing packages, and the third remained missing. Since the filing of this complaint, she has contacted us requesting us to reship the last three items which still remain missing, and we have agreed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however I am not wearing it. I wore it for two days. I simply don't understand why you only send part of an order and why it takes so very long when you are so close. Instead of what I anticipated to recieve, I gained something that tarnishes very easily, sadly. I did not receive the zodiac scry ball/candle holder at all and the scry ball(meditation quartz, ie spiritual viewing glass it was to be used with was stolen. That upsets me. It took 4 - 6 weeks to obtain the ring. Please feel free to discuss it more.

Review: It took six weeks to receive a $79 ring sterling silver which started tarnishing the day I received it. I ordered and paid for this and a zodiac Candle Holder Amounting To $139. The candleholder was never received.Desired Settlement: The ring is tarnishing. The other item was never received. Id like a full refund due to timing and lack of fulfillment. Ive also suffered stalking, theft and my dogs eye wounded as well as graffitti. Im sad about my dogs eye. Im upset about time of shipment. I did not receive my entire purchase.

This customer was previously refunded for the candle holder as requested, and we would be happy to refund him for his ring despite the amount of time he has worn it, be we do require that this time he return the merchandise for which he wants his money back.

Review: Two months ago I purchased a red meditative blood crystal ball. I received minimal communication about the product. The product is not accurate.

This company repeatedly has bad customer service. Two months ago I purchased a red blood crystal ball and stand. I did not receive it until three days ago. I had attempted to purchase a moonstone from this company 3 mos ago, and they did the same thing. They told me three weeks after the product had been purchased that it was not in stock and they would provide a different one. They are supposedly going to refund the product, but the item that I received was sent 4 weeks after the ten day maximum guarantee ship date. The product that I received is not at all as the photo advertised. It also has white scratches and all over it. The company is guilty of not shipping the proper product, advertising products that are not available, not making the customer aware that his purchase is over a month late, and overall bad customer service, and faulty business practices. Although they have agreed to refund the item, what I received both times was not what I had ordered, and both orders from Abaxion were late and the customer service does not make the client aware when the product is not being shipped or is not in stock, until much later than should be expressed. The product that I received is not the product in the photo. Other customers should be made aware of this before offering their credit information to this company. Desired Settlement: I would like the ball and stand which I had ordered. I would like what appears in the photo to be what I paid for. I would like it delivered in the properly advertised time. I would like to be informed if my product is not in stock from Abaxions manufacturer. Most importantly, I would like other people not to suffer their trust or credit cards in the hand of this company. Nothing that I have expected thus far has been delivered timely or as I originally requested.

It was explained to the customer that each one is unique. He was fully refunded prior to this complaint, and told he could keep the merchandise regardless, if he wanted to.

I did receive a refund. However, their false advertisement needs to be reviewed. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Review: I ordered a persephone statue from abaxion in September of 2013. it cost $34.00. I never received the statue and on their website it was always sold out. I inquired about my order several times and was always told the item would arrive in a certain month or had to be imported from somewhere from which I was not told. I was always assured that my item was on its way and I would be notified when my order shipped despite never getting a shipment confirmation from abaxion. recently I started emailing abaxion again on Sunday inquiring about my statue and I have sent four emails since then with no response from abaxion. I think at this point I just want my money back, if at all possible.Desired Settlement: I just want 34.00 dollars to be refunded to my account which is the cost of the statue.

Her PayPal refund transaction ID is: [redacted] Email from [redacted] on July 24, 2014: " I would very much love to have persephone as I just really want her so please reserve one for me in the final shipment for August. I do apologize for all my doggedness and just let me know when she ships out as I am anxious for her to arrive thank you for all your troubles and assistance sincerely, [redacted] or [redacted] "

Review: I ordered from Abaxion on the word of a friend. My original order number is [redacted]9 and was placed in November of 2015. We had some shipping problems, but in the end, I did not receive three pieces of my original order. I am missing a dragon tree, Witches protection broom, and a Black Forest Wand. Abaxion claims to have opened a case with the post office, but I tend to doubt that since it's been over a month that they have had any contact with me. I have continually requested my missing merchandise or a complete refund to no avail. I have written them a letter, and several e-mails with no response at all. My order was over $100.00 and I am missing more than half of it. I have written one letter and countless emails. The letter is attached, and the emails began sometime in December, 2015 and continue to this current date.Desired Settlement: I would love my missing items, but I don't believe that is ever going to happen, so I would just like a complete refund. No company should keep someone in limbo for over 3 months with little to no communication.

I must say that I am terribly disappointed with this company. I placed an order with this company early Novemember. The issued an order confirmation stating that I would receive the items purchased withing 7-10 business days. I was aware upon purchasing the items that it might take up to three weeks to receive my goods. However, after receiving explicit documentation about when items should arrive I patiently waited for my order within the 7-10 days stated in their order confirmation. I received the order in two parts. My daughter was awaiting the second shipment it was to be a BD gift for her. Well, that gift never arrived. After countless excuses and then a final apology from this company, they said they were having shipping problems with their warehouse. NOT MY PROBLEM. SO, no I contacted them on Monday of this week. It is now Thursday. They said they would reimburse the rest of the monies for items never received and I am still waiting! My suggestion to this company is to close their business and to all other Pagans out there...Don't be suckered in by this company. Their service stinks! In addition they don't even provide a phone number where you can have a conversation with these people. ABAXION...YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

Review: I ordered a ring from Abaxion's online store [redacted]) on November 28th as a Yule/Christmas gift for my girlfriend. They said the shipped it on December 4th and it has been 7 days now and I still have not yet received it. The order number is [redacted] and it cost me $9.99. I sent two in inquiries to the company but they never replied back to me.Desired Settlement: I simply want my money refunded and I will take my business elsewhere.
