ABBA Bail Bonds, Inc.

I was charged a 15% fee on my bail of 3,500. After calling multiple bail companies I was informed it is illegal to charge over 10%I was overcharged on my bail. When I asked about it. I was told by Al (didn't get his last name) that that was thier fee. After explaining to him that my only quarl was that I wanted to be treated fairly, and ALL othe competitors charged 10% and below. He told me he could not exuse my ignorance. I reitterated, that I didn't want problems, and that I only wanted to to pay the leagal 10% he began to get aggressive and offensive. I was baisically forced out of the office, with him standing very close to me with a physically aggressive posture.I reluctantly signed the paperwork, and left. Please help me make sure "Al" does not victimize anymore uneducated customers. Desired SettlementAs I've said before. All I am asking is that I be treated fairly. To me, that would mean a 5% refund, to bring my cost to the legal 10%. That is all. It is purely a matter of principal.Business Response see attached
