I just returned from Abba Eye Care on NNevadaI was fortunate enough to be assisted by [redacted] , the general managerI have only good things to say about my experienceI have a lot of anxiety about eyewear after a very bad experience a couple of years ago [redacted] could not have been more understanding and helpfulI ended up being there for quite a while, and was treated with the utmost respectThe bottom line was doable for me, and [redacted] was very helpful in helping me with options to defer the costsI am retired and on a fixed incomeMedicare doesn't pay any of my costs, so unfortunately I am self pay Have you ever had one of those days when your faith in mankind is renewed? That's what I walked away feelingI can't say enough good things about this establishmentIf you need glasses, and would like to be treated well, this is the place for you

Both locations in Pueblo are a jokeThe people at BOTH locations are VERY rude and unpleasantI need to order my glasses but the lady at the Hwy location was so so very rude and disrespectfulNot just against us but also trash talking other workers from their store as well as the store on NorthernI guess I will be TRYING to get a copy of my prescription to get glasses elsewhere
