RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12116638, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response from the business is precisely the issue. There is no limited availability issue, the issue is actually that the person who came out failed to schedule appointments but rather told me when they were in town and or showed up outside of my home with no notice. Perhaps this is an acceptable way to handle appointments from their perspective, but this is not the norm. Moreover, the communication needs not be daily from the business, however, initiating contact is indicative of trying to solve the issue. I reached out after months of hearing nothing. In fact, almost all communication has been initiated by me. This company is a scam. They damage items, make a year of excuses, and make the resolution driven by the customer because they have no intention of addressing it. I do not want anyone from this company or their associates in my home, because they have already proven themselves, both through the move and through this process to be rude and unpredictable. The price of the "repair" is absolutely exaggerated. If a claim will not be filed or damage not compensated then I will take other measures which will undoubtedly be more than the proposed amount to settle the claim. Regards, [redacted]

*** ***Over the course of the next month, MrR*** set up appointments with *** *** to complete the repair, but she cancelled same day/last minute on each of the appointmentsAfter these events, MrR*** no longer wanted to deal with *** *** because of the inconvenience she caused himWe have been very responsive to *** ***' requests for updates and have been trying to find another local, reputable company to complete the repairWe are still in the process of locating a company that can fix her table

Calling when they are outside of my home or en route does not make an appointment, these needed to be mutually agreed upon times and they were not. There complaint of frustration is reflective of me not being readily available, but as noted before, having scheduled a time would have helped as we have jobs. So this is untrue. Also, the company has not been in constant communication with me. After August, I reached out regarding an update. I also reached out in March and in April. They've made no attempt to do so, and to say that they have is purely dishonest. This has been occurring for almost a year and to have it not resolved and or to use the structures in place to do so is nontraditional for an established and professional business.
