Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:As I mentioned in by initial complaint, it isn't just about the $per person feeAs I expressed verbally to [redacted] and her associate [redacted] , who again, was unheard of when I called the Brooklyn [redacted] location,it wasn't about it being 50$ extra, It was the plotting and scheming as well as the statements that [redacted] was giving, how they work with the budget he can probably get the fee down to $like he did for the guy upstairs, How he would help us with the fee when he get his cut, depending on how much he gets because they split it with so many people'I have the text messages to show for as wellHow he and [redacted] try to tell us $extra isn't a big deal and when I said $less isn't either, [redacted] kept saying they are [redacted] and they want moneyHow [redacted] called my job and when I told her I was filing complaint called me an it, told me that people try to do this all the time so shes not scared and hung up the phone on meThat's not professional at ALLThey both were not Honest or professionalEspecially because when I called they didn't even know who [redacted] was..Does he even work there?!?!?The entire time they are telling us that this apartment wasn't going to last and weeks later, its on the market posted by [redacted] at $with No brokers feeWhich she posted and because the apt was rented she took down the postWe couldn't believe it, the apartment they "fought" so hard to get down to $2000, the very same Apartment, they wanted to charge no less than $in a brokers fee is back on the market at the original price we were told, $and with No Brokers FeeHere's the listing with another firm [redacted] which [redacted] also claimed that no other firm would have this listing.So, yes I want my complaint to stickI don't know what type of business they are running, and maybe not enough people complain, I was not happy at all with my experience with the [redacted] and [redacted] or [redacted] for how they "conduct business"All of my reviews have removed from, [redacted] and [redacted] as well as my review of [redacted] on [redacted] I know the credit check is non refundable as most real estate agencies state and Even if we can't get the 150$ back for the credit checks, which they ran prior to receiving all of my paper work, thanks for pointed that out, I think everyone should be aware and beware of their bait and switch methodsSo, no I'm not satisfied with the response I received and I want continue with my complaint In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] , I am responding to complaint # [redacted] from [redacted] regarding a bedroom apartment at [redacted] **The letter mentions that [redacted] filed an earlier complaint though I did not receive it I was very sad to hear that [redacted] had a bad experience with one of my agents, [redacted] I can understand the upset one feels when a landlord ups the rent that was originally quoted and refuses to budge on the new price they are requesting The apartment in question was originally put on the market for $After the application for [redacted] and her friends was submitted, he requested no less than $because other brokers in the area were telling him he could get $2300+ and he was not interested in $anymoreWhen a landlord gets stubborn like that there is nothing we can do except wait and see how the market goes As I understand from my conversations with ***, she was willing to lower the fee from $to $and possibly more once she got paid to compensate ?
