Shrank new clothing and wouldn't stand behind them
8/Picked up clothing and brought homeThey had cleaned pants previouslyHung in closetWent to wear and couldn't even button or zip white pantsReturned to cleaners to ask their policy on shrinking? Was greeted with a tape measure telling me that A) They were the correct size, and B) THAT I HAD GAINED WEIGHT!!! Refused to accept responsibility for itDidn't realize my top was ruined either? Went to wear it on 9/and they had shrunk it alsoI believe they are laundering instead of dry cleaning
