Opened my grandmothers ashes todaySaid on the outside of the box my grandmother's nameOn the inside of the box, the metal tag with the ashes, wrapped with a bread tie around the remains, says someone else's name I have never heard ofIt also has a different crematory number, and a funeral home name on the back of the metal tag, I have never even heard ofThey were completely unapologetic, an completely unwilling to help me get to the bottom of itThey said the tags "probably got switched", and "more than likely" the ashes I have are "probably" my grandmothersI have called them twice today, no apology, no we will help you look into it, nothingThey referred me to another company and told me I need to call them, because that is where they sent my money and where they sent my grandmother's body to be crematedAbbey Affordable Cremation said they were unwilling to contact that company because they no longer do business with them So here I am trying to track down next of kin for some lady, whose ashes I have and try to locate my grandmothers remainsI will never know for sure now, where my grandmothers remains areMy only option now is to spend thousands of dollars for DNA testingI would rather have just paid more for my grandmother's remains to be treated with dignity and respectSo I would tell you now run from this company, as fast as you can, unless you don't care whose body it is you are getting back

Took the guy over three weeks to do the creamation; much longer than stated in the contract. Never returns calls once he gets your money. Not only did it take him too long to send us the remains but he sent us the wrong urns. We paid him $600 for two urns and he can't be bothered to send the correct once, It appears he chose whatever ones would generat him the most profit. When we finally got through to him on the phone after calling him a number of times and leaving messages he pretty much called us liars and said he doesn't carry the urns we ordered event though we picked them from the display in his store. Flat out refused to do anything to fix the "error" he made. We definetely regret using him to perform the services we requested.
