We did rather strongly indicate that we were in frankfort at least once a week and would like it held to Mike the salespersonAlso the reason we did that was so there were no issues with the mail since we do live in the country and don’t always receive our mailAlso we still need the title and we’re told it was sent back by the post officeI will not le that I repeatedly asked for owners number and was told I couldn’t have it repeatedlyNo one has been in contact with us about where it is still so we still have no plates on the carAll I want is someone to help us get our car plates I don’t feel like that is unreasonableI will also add that I made numerous calls that day for help and they repeatedly said we could of gotten if from the mail but again since we asked it not be sent out I feel like no one was willing to do anything but blame usI’m also not sure why the length of service of salesperson was relevant feels like I’m being accused of lying when I can replay the whole not mailing out conversation , we come once a week for practice and my husband works thereNot accepting responsibility is one thing accusing another person is another

In response to this customer- "if" this customer was specific on picking up the title in person-our salesman (of more than years)would've indicated that to our title clerkThis customer purchased their vehicle 9/26/the title to this vehicle was certified with a return receipt request on
10/5/The customer did not call us till November to inquire about their titleWe tracked the history and they received notices (according to the report) at their homeThe certified mail sat at their post office from 10/to 11/I have contacted the US postal service regarding the return of this mail because we have yet to receive it back (contrary to what she said above) The post office said the "return to sender" mail is sent back slowlyWe have a case #*** for this return to sender pieceWe have no control over the post office and we are at the mercy of them to return this certified mail. But please note they had ample time to notify us and go to their local post office to retrieve their title
