We had Ardel do some work on our home in March We had just put our house up-for-sale then discovered a leak with the first spring-thawWe needed a thorough review and a guaranteed fix in order to provide a transferable-warranty to pass onto the future purchasers of our home Ardel came in on short notice to see the situation, and provide options They were very knowledgeable, confident, and there was no pressure to make decisions immediately The morning that they arrived to do the exterior excavation, the ground was still a bit frozen They were able to hand-dig two spots quite quickly and without much disruption to the side-yard, adjacent to our neighbour They were very thorough on getting all of the issues repaired We really appreciate their hard-work and would definitely trust them to do work again if we are ever in a leaky situation again
I spoke with [redacted] on Monday October 6th. His concerns were 1) a transition that he wanted as a single piece had not been installed (two pieces had been sent to his job), 2) he was not getting any answers from [redacted] (his sales person) and 3) he had questions on credits due back to...
him. The single piece transition that he wanted was installed on Friday October 10th, and I understand the installation to be to Mr. [redacted]'s satisfaction. My conversation with Mr. [redacted] on October 6th and subsequent communications have answered all of his questions with the exception of credits due. We agree that Mr. [redacted] is due some credit and he has offered to provide us with his notes on the job for review as to exact amount due (we know that he is due $101.04 for the two transitions that he did not want and this has already been processed). At this point, we believe that Mr. [redacted]'s concerns have been addressed except for the credits due him which we are simply waiting to confirm with him. There is no disagreement on this matter to our knowledge.

Ardel repaired our concrete garage foundation in June, 2016 and did an exceptional job. Chris and his staff are very knowledgeable. The work was done thoroughly, promptly, and carefully. Ardel did more at a more reasonable cost, than two other leading companies offered. The foundation now looks better than when the house was new. Ardell fully deserves its top rating.
