[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I still feel that the whole door needs to be replaced and not just sections But that is the way they want to resolve the problem by exchanging only sections and then see if other sections need to be replaced SoI am not satisfied until the whole garage door is replaced with ALL its sections because they are all defective and it took a long time for them to make a decision to honor the warranty I want to wait and see the final door installed Everything as far as decisions or calling me back takes forever Very poor customer service And the only calls I got from them was on June and July Never got a call on July or a voice mail I am the one who called several times [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Abbey Carpet of Moundsview is diligently working with Mannington Mill Corporation to resolve this issue. We have documented online with the mill all required documents sent to Mannington. We have contacted the Mill for a timely resolution in this matter. We have also been... in contact with the customer and will do so until this is resolved. First time I have done business with A-Mark's Appliance and I will again! The delivery guys were so nice, careful, and fastWhen I called to set up appointment the nice man on the phone was able to set up appointment with in two daysI was impressed from start to finishI would definite recommend them and use them again myself

On June 22, 2015, Lowe’s faxed a work order for a service call to the Service Center at Entrematic that handles Amarr Garage DoorsThe work order stated that two of the sections on one of Mr***’s Amarr garage doors were not aligning properlyA Service Center representative spoke to Lowe’s
representatives and discussed the service call request on June 24, The same day, the Service Center reached out to Mr*** and requested pictures, in order to diagnose the problemMr*** agreed to provide these picturesThe Service Center then contacted the contracted installer who installed this door to request that they return to the job site and inspect the doorOn June 30, 2015, the Service Center received documentation from the contracted installer stating that the sections were not sitting flush.On July 8, 2015, after all the necessary pictures were obtained, the Service Center called the customer and left a voicemail to advise that the issue was most likely caused due to an abnormality in the formation of the top of the section, and that Entrematic would order replacement parts and request expedited delivery and installation of these partsOnce the sections requiring replacement had been confirmed, the Service Center ordered the sections and requested expedited shipment and installationThe Service Center will continue to update Lowe’s and the customer as to the expected arrival date of the materials and available installation appointmentsThe last contact the Service Center had with Mr*** was today, July 10, The resolution specialist explained the cause of the problemMr*** advised the door is still functional, but voiced concerns about the glazed sectionThe resolution specialist advised Mr*** that if the problem persists after the two intermediate sections are replaced, we will replace the glazed section as wellMr*** is fine with this planWe are attempting to expedite the sections to speed the resolution to this issue, and the resolution specialist (Andrew P***) provided Mr*** his direct contact information in case he has questions or concerns in the meantimeThank you,

When our year old oven died, I posted on *** to inquire with friends "repair or replace" Of the friends who commented, of them suggested A-***'s Appliance My reservation for not calling them immediately was because I just knew we'd have to pay for the trip charge then labor to fix and didn't know if it was worth it After a week or so, shopping around, I finally called themSpeaking with *** himself, he listened to what I explained, confidently diagnosed it over the phone and set up an appointment that was only days out and completely convenient
On repair day, he arrived and within minutes had it diagnosed (the problem being what he said over the phone) and fixed HE ALSOchanged the lightbulb in the oven AND explained other features of the oven I'd asked about Never rushing through, making me feel like I wasn't dumb for asking HE ALSOis going to check out drip pans for the stove because I can not find them anywhere Every grocery store AND home improvement store Plus other online stores that sell appliances No one has these drip pans If they can be found anywhere, I feel confident A-***'s can find them!! In the end, if there was a trip charge or labor fee, I think they were one and the same, which is what I was hoping for Completely fair pricing!
I will now NEVER call anyone else for appliance issues I will ALWAYS recommend A-***'s Appliance to anyone who needs this type of service

But that is the way they want to resolve the problem by exchanging only 2 sections and then see if other sections need to be replaced . So. I am not satisfied until the whole garage door is replaced with ALL its sections because they are all defective and it took a long time for them to make a decision to honor the warranty 
I want to wait and see the final door installed . Everything as far as decisions or calling me back takes forever . Very poor customer service

Just had the best experience with E-Z Open Garage Doors. I called several companies this afternoon about the cost of replacing a broken torsion spring. After getting the best quote from E-Z decided to call and make an appointment. Not only was Chris MacIntyre, the owner, on time, he completed the job within 30 minutes and did the job for less than the original quote. Should I have further garage door issues I will definitely call this company again and refer them to other people. Cannot say enough good things about the great service I received.
