Abbey Dental is great!
The building is very clean and well kept up! The front desk staff is exceptional! All of them were polite, knowledgeable, and some of the most proffesional workers I`ve ever had a pleasure of dealing withI had my teeth whitened by a girl named TessaShe was very nice and was excellent at explaining the processI had it done over a week ago and my teeth still look and feel great! I HIGHLY reccomend getting your teeth whitened and having all your dental work done here
I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. I had a appointment at 11am and waited 3hrs to only be seen and told what was wrong. No treatment was done!! On top of that a manager named [redacted] was yelling at the front desk girls saying they were replaceable and bashing the poor girls while the office was full of patients. Then towards the end as I was about to leave another Manager named [redacted] yelled at one of the front desk girls to go clock out but come back to help finish some work!?!? Isn't that illegal to do? Not only do they treat their patients like cattle on a conveyer belt but also their employees with no respect!!! DO NOT GO TO ABBEY DENTAL, WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!!!
I needed a new set of dentures. I went to 7 local dental offices and got prices that were extremely high. So I went to Abby and got a quote that was more in my pocketbook range but was concerned. Does low price mean poor quality. I took a chance and the outcome was great. The dentures were top quality, the fitting was prefect in fact better than my originally 8 years ago. The doctor and his staff were polite and very knowledgeable. They even give you a 3 year guarantee. Great experience.
I don't think anybody enjoys going to the dentist. With this said, I have had very positive experiences at Abbey Dental. I've had three root canals, a couple extractions, crowns, and two bridges. What I appreciate the most about Abbey Dental is that the prices are very reasonable. Also, I appreciate the fact that all procedures are done at one location, whether it be major oral surgery, cosmetic work, or general dentistry. They have twelve doctors on staff that are professional and do good work. It has also been my experience that they get me in and out quickly, and can usually fit me in for an appointment with a one day notice, and sometimes even the same day. If you want affordable care with fair prices, Abbey Dental is a good choice. I have plenty of dental work that still needs completing, and so hopefully I will continue to have good experiences.
