This company and the owner [redacted] have probably been the biggest pain to deal withMy home flooded due to a backup under the house and our floors were ruined....the initial experience with the lady who came and showed us samples was great, even the workers who installed it were greatBut all the greatness dissolved when parts of the new vinyl floor came popping up, [redacted] is nothing but a crook, he blamed it on the concrete slab, saying it was painted, he blamed it on the installer, he blamed it on the company who he ordered from....come to find out he was the one to blame due to his negligence and not letting the glue and floor acclimateA couple years pass and I drop something in a small panel that requires it to be pulled up and replaced, we get it done and for a long time I don't get a bill and I think, well I provided the vinyl and since the piece replaced was only a foot long maybe they decided not to charge me....mind you they wanted to charge $for a minute job and a little glue....out of the kindness of his heart he lowered it to $but I was thinking after months pass he changed his mind and there would be no charge....then I get a threat to send to collection letter...I call and speak to some lady who is equally as rude as [redacted] and I tell her, how can you send this to collections if you have never sent me a bill or called or anything, her response is that they emailed me the bill.....seriously?!?! Don't you think that if months pass and you don't hear from a client about a bill that maybe you should pick up the phone and call? She just continued to dodge that question and went on with her rudeness and of course that $was paidI ended up leaving a review about the entire issue on social media, [redacted] then lies (of course) insults myself and my husband, implying that we can't afford to fix the dinged up vinyl which is why he discounted it, he also made the point hat he replaced the entire floor free of charge when the planks came up....well your the one who installed it and you didn't do it correctly due to your incompetence so yea it should have been done for free! Anyways, he blocked my review so not only can I not respond to his ignorance but no one can actually see it, I'm not sure why he did that, it you can't take the criticism then you don't need to be in business or have a [redacted] page allowing customers to write reviews if you don't take the bad with the goodI wrote here in hopes that others will think twice before going to someone as shady as him with their business
