Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The pictures provided do not coincide with the itemized list of cleaning that was provided Most of the pictures are of stains or conditions that I moved into the residence withThe walls were in horrible condition when I moved in and after living there for years, I would think they need to be repaintedThere were no pictures of the said "urine on walls" or the floors and other intense cleaning that was needed I can agree that I did not move the refrigerator or turn the ice maker off but it's not possible that the cleaning took and 1/hoursAlso, the reasoning for not completing a walk through does not make senseI asked about a walk through when I submitted my notice of moving and was told she doesn't do that, not that she would be out of town Regards, [redacted]
