To Whom It May Concern:We are deeply regretful for Ms***'s discharge from our agency on 1/30/by *** which is NOT a contract termination.We provided homemaking services for this consumer since April of Ms*** was made aware of our complaint policies as well as my direct phone
number should the need arise for attentionOther than responding to this "Revdex.com" complaint and after Ms***'s discharge from this agency I have NEVER been contacted by her for any complaintsThe agency honors fully Ms***'s right to choose her service agency and now that she is no longer with us we are unable to respond to any complaint she may have about household itemsIn fact in the paper work she signed confirms her understanding that the agency is not held responsible for such items.I have reviewed her Homemakers - HMK serviced her times - no complaints received, 2nd HMK serviced her times - no complaints and times she had an "alternate" cover - no complaints received.On 1/29/the csm did contact the agency and made some very derogative statements about the HMK's who she referred to as "periods as in female menstruation" & "is" .Ms*** was kindly asked not to use these descriptions of our employees because the language was "offensive". Ms *** still at this time did not report any broken household itemsThe agency received a discharge notice for Ms*** on 1/30/As per HIPAA policies the csm was not contacted after discharge. Please review the Welcome Packet Ms*** received from the agency as well as her signed acknowledgementsThe agency cannot respond to a complaint nor seek any resolution when we never received oneWe made the csm aware of our service policies, contact numbers as well as how to file a complaint with usMs*** has chosen to contact an outside organization to vent her "dirty laundry"We wish Ms*** the best.*** A***, Complaint Officer
