My customer was never given a time frame by me she was told we would try to be their in the next 7-business daysI was taken back when I saw the email that *** had sent her with out my approval after she had made her payment she was told that we don't schedule anyone until after we have
received a signed contract and down paymentI would have given my customer back her money then but she just wanted us to try to get it done as soon as possibleSo when my guys finished their regular scheduled shift I sent them to do her fence where she directed them to do fence that wasn't part of the contract in rear of yard they told her they would need my permissionWe have installed both sections of fence and only needed to hang the gate when customer fired me The Post are set in concrete The space between post was because of underground pipe running between postthe man she left in charge had saw it my guys asked him what to do and gave him option we did everything we could to satisfy her now I am going to have to proceed legally to get the money I am out of my pocket Thank you,*** ***
