Upon further investigation into this matter I’ve determined that there was a significant amount of miscommunication between the client and her caregiver and AbbeyCare office staffI sincerely apologize for this as this issue should not have escalated to this pointThe required contact with the supervising Qualified Professional was made on August 2nd at which time the employee was told that he has checks waiting for him at the officeIt appears that our office was under impression that the employee would pick up his checks on Thursday, August 3rd, therefore they were not mailed. The employee never came to pick up his paychecks. It came to my attention this morning that both checks are still here and have not been mailedI processed both checks as direct deposit this morning which will result in deposits into his account tomorrow (takes hours for the bank to process)AbbeyCare will review it’s policies and procedures to prevent such issues in the futureThank you Liliya *** CEO

conducted every month and none-compliance may result in termination of services. The QP (Qualified Professional) left minimum of 4 messages for both, the employee and the client, in attempt to schedule a visit to which neither one of them responded. The check was held at the office until the appointment was scheduled at released the same day the contact was established.
