By Far THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The Finance Manager, [redacted], thinks he is some hot shot that can bully a 23 year old female because I stood up for myself. They failed to return my spare key and when I called to try and figure out where it was, I was treated horribly and immediately blamed for their error. [redacted] continuously interrupted me and then ended up making me cry, and hung up on me. He told be because of a review I posted about them, that he wouldn't replace the key. I contacted the manager as well as VW Canada and the dealership refuses to replace it. They are wiping their hands like it's my responsibility. They treat you very nice until they don't get their way. Then they act like children. I recommend the cars, but NEVER go to Abbotsford VW. You will regret it instantly. They are bullies and you will never feel like a valued customer.
