Review: Contracted with Nick A[redacted] $9,000 to replace drive at my residence. The driveway was complete Sep 2015. In less than four months, a major concrete slab had a major crack. Nick A[redacted] was notified on Feb 27, 2016. Mr A[redacted] agreed to repair driveway in the Spring 2016 after the winter thaw. Since then, he has been notified and documented by me 19 times. 8 of the 19 notifications he never responded; 10 if the 19 notifications he promised to show up within two days of the notification. He has never showed up. It is always empty promises. It is now been a half a year since Mr A[redacted] was first notified. If this report with the Revdex.com does not work, I will be looking for legal assistance.Desired Settlement: Repair the cracked slab with a "cut-line" and fill line in with concrete caulking
