Review: In December 2015 I purchased the Waterworks Natural Vaginal Therapy System from my local Target. I was extremely satisfied with the product and even recommended it to multiple people, one being my sister. The product warranty card states that you should use the product for two weeks before registering it for the warranty. When the two weeks were up I registered my product. The registration card that was in the box, as well as the warranty page online, states "1 year warranty on the nozzle (free shipping and handling), 1 year warranty on all other components (small shipping and handling fee). About a week ago I noticed that there was a bit of rust in the end of the nozzle. I called my sister and told her to be careful because I noticed rust in my nozzle. She told me that she noticed that there was rust in hers as well. I called the company to request a new nozzle under the warranty and I was told that because I made my purchase in a retail store and not with the company that the warranty did not extend to me. I was then told to take it back to the retailer where I purchased it. I informed the representative that I no longer had the receipt from the purchase or the box. It was then restated to me that because I didn't purchase with the company it was not covered under the warranty. I told the representative that information is not what is stated on the warranty card inside the box. The representative then told me that she apologizes and it was something that the company recently updated. The representative then offered me free shipping on the purchase of a new system. I declined, and requested to speak with a supervisor. I was then transferred to a supervisor and I was informed again that the company only covers products made with the company. I stated that basically what I was being told was I have to keep a defective product that I cannot return at the retailer. Not only is this company not honoring the warranty that came in the box for their product because it was not purchased through their company, but they are also not replacing a defective part that could cause serious health issues. I was under the impression that stainless steel does not rust.

The rust occurred even though all care and cleaning instructions were followed.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to honor the warranty that my product and my sisters product comes with as well as send us both a replacement nozzle.
