First of all, that attorney has shown he has NO idea how a service should be performedThe damage to the AC compressor was done a the time of the water pump replacement because a) the compressor needed to be removed to gain access to he water pump and b)the technician had no idea how to turn the compressor off so he pulled the wire to the compressor clutch loose from the compressor clutch, thus making the compressor inoperableThe compressor itself was not damaged, but the technicians involved, including ***, didn't understand how an AC system functionsI have photographs which have been attached, showing the work that was required to clean off that yuck, are forwarded concerning the yuck the tech used to seal up the leaks instead of using the approved gasketsThese photos may be examined to visually verify to presence of this sealer on the timing belt with the potential for damaging the beltI can, if need be, have the manager of the service center involved testify as to the work required to correct the poor workmanshipI also have the timing belt cover to physically show the damage that was done by [redacted] and crew to that cover allowing the entrance of road dirt to the timing belt and thus potentially breaking the belt [redacted] told me that when they took the old compressor off, they would check the clutch for continuity to see if the wire had indeed been pulled looseHe did NOT perform such task His fabulous technician also put one of the engine cover screws in cross threaded so it could not be tightened down, causing a rattling noise because the cover was looseHe also left a nut off the air cleaner canisterHe also broke loose a connection at the radiator and his repair was to leave a water line dangling so it could get cut by the alternator's serpentine beltThe brake problem with the Impala should be obvious to any reasonable mechanic in the not having two bolts to attach the caliper, only one, is a serious safety hazard that didn't show up until the car was in Georgia and the left front brake (the ones they replaced) ***ed up, causing a potential traffic crashNo, they should have replaced the bolt as a matter of needing a new one, but they should have put the old bolt back The Sebring that [redacted] alludes to was not in my possession long enough to see what else might fail on it and was not mentioned in my original complaintSo, there was plenty of bad workmanship on the KIA, there was a difficulty with the Impala, a serious difficulty I initially went to the [redacted] place because of a recommendation from one of my friends, but I haven't been back since these defects started showing upLet [redacted] volunteer what he will do to correct this problemAnd be assured that no complaints to the Revdex.com is because people don't think of the Revdex.com as a recourse, not because there wasn't bad work doneI have another couple of customers that simply went somewhere else after getting some poor workmanship

In reguards to the complaint you received from [redacted] , this customer diagnosed his own issues with his truck and brought in his own parts and simiply asked us to put them onIt was not our problem that the parts he brought did not fix his problemWe tried to tell him that and even gave him back half of his money leaving us to pay for our employees time and labor.Sincerly Chris A [redacted]

I am responding to the above-referenced complaint on behalf of my client, [redacted] First, we would like to make a couple of general observationsThis is the firstcomplaint that has been placed with your organization in the five years that [redacted] hasbeen in businessAlso, Mr [redacted] has had work done at the shop several times on threevehicles over the past couple years, the last time being April, 2014, so it seems ratherunusual for him to be lodging a complaint at this timeAll invoices were paid by creditcard with no follramifications. In regard to Mr***'s specific complaint on the air compressor issue on his Kia, a newwater pump was installed in January, This procedure has no direct impact on thecompressor or other parts that Mr [redacted] mentionsIn fact, Mr [redacted] came back in April, three months after the installation of the water pump, and requested [redacted] to repair the ACcompressorSometimes compressors go bad, and there is no correlation, causativefactor between water pump work and A-C compressor work.In regard to Mr***'s specific complaint regarding the front brake problem on hisImpala, ***' shop in February followed standard protocol in putting on new pads androtors on his vehicle, which procedure does not call for replacing the bolt in the caliper. And again, the Revdex.com letter of 12/5/is the first [redacted] had heard about displeasure withwork done on 02/17/2014.In conclusion, we feel that [redacted] has run a reputable, reliable business over the past fiveyears, that his shop has a policy of trying to work with customers with complaints andthat the work done for Mr [redacted] was performed in an acceptable and workmanlikemanner. This letter is respectfully submitted this 11th day of December,
