When I first came to Abbotts to order my dress I was very impressed with my consultant Jessie and I still am very happy that I was able to work with her throughout this processWith that being said, the rest of my experience with this company was absolutely nothing but headachesWhen I ordered my dress in January I was measured and picked a size accordinglyWhen my dress came in in July it was so small it wouldn't even zip, I was remeasured and there were absolutely no changes in my sizeInstead of someone admitting they had made a mistake, I was told I would need to let the zipper out, add panels to the sides of the dress, and let out inches on either sideOver the course of months, $later, and separate fittings my dress still didn't fitAnd it wasn't until that point when the manager Sarah finally became involvedI also purchased a $belt for my dress which I was just told they would not refund my money forI'm absolutely appalled with the way this company handled their mistakes and how long it took for things to finally be resolvedIf I can save even one other person from having to go through what I did, it would be a success
