I went out and looked at the queen mattress that [redacted] had purchased and it is NOT DEFECTIVE as I had told her. [redacted] was told when she came in to purchase a mattress that she should upgrade to a better mattress than what she was looking at but that was all she wanted to spend on... a mattress. She was repeatedly told that was not a high end mattress set and she insisted that that was all she wanted to spend. There is nothing I can do about her not being comfortable on the mattress she purchased as it has been slept on and in no way is defective. As for [redacted] calling the store, when she called a message was taken and I returned her call promptly. I am very sorry that she is unhappy with the mattress.

This is in response to complaint # *** Two salespersons had recommended to *** *** to upgrade to a better quality mattress and she was firm with not wanting to spend any more money than what that mattress was costing her We delivered this mattress to her and she would not allow us to bring her mattress into her room to set it up and insisted that we leave it just inside the front door We left it where she wanted it When I went to look at the mattress there was nothing wrong with that mattress I am to believe that *** was just not comfortable on that quality of a mattress I never told her the mattress was defective With talking to *** *** we came to an agreement that if *** would like to upgrade to a better quality mattress she would have to pay the difference or we would give her a new mattress like the one she had purchased She was called and told this by myself on 7/31/and she came into my store and insisted that she was getting her money back, our warranty policy states that if a mattress is defective you will be given another mattress within the terms of the warranty She agreed to take a new mattress like the one she had purchased on 4/29/ A new mattress was delivered and exchanged for the other mattress on 7/31/at which time *** signed an invoice stating that we had fulfilled our agreement
