I accepted the resolution from the Casper Star Tribune for home delivery of the newspaper for the weeks that was paid forThe person from the Tribune that I spoke with said she would contact their billing department to ensure I would receive the newspaper until approximately the end of MayShe would find out from them the exact date that I started receiving the newspaper last year and my subscription would end on the day before that date this yearI should still be receiving the newspaper but have not since Saturday April 1stI called them to report no delivery on Saturday but was unable to speak with a live personI called to report no delivery on Sunday and was told they could not find my account and would have to send someone an email to get any further information and they would call me later that same day to let me know what they found outI did not hear back from themMonday I called to report no delivery and was told my account was suspended for nonpaymentI left a message with the original person (who told me I would be getting the newspaper until the end of May)and asked her to return my callI have not heard from her as of yetDo I need to file another complaint with the Revdex.com or what do I do from here?
