Abbott's Party Rental

Review: On July **, 2014 I rented 3 Panels of Pipe & Drape from Abbott's Party Rental, I found the company online, I choose them because they had the best price and was in the 5 Burroughs, they would also deliver, setup, and break down the pipe and drape and it was perfect for an event that I was giving on August **, 2014 in Brooklyn.On August *,2014 I contacted the representative [redacted] that assisted me initially to cancel my order 9 days before my event, I left a voice mail, about cancellation and I sent 2 emails regarding my cancellation as well and asked that [redacted] respond to any of my messages ASAP.I didn't receive a response, I called again from my job phone on August *, 2014 at 10:26am and I spoke with [redacted] she assured me that my account would be refunded and the refund should appear in 3 days. I asked [redacted] if she could send me a confirmation about cancellation along with details of my refund and she told me she couldn't provide one.I created one myself I forwarded the original contract and I sent an email with what [redacted] and I just discussed over the phone 36 minutes ago, for my own records. I checked my account in 3 days no refund, I waited 5 more days no refund, I called Abbott's Party Rental no answer, voice mail was not setup. I called August **, 2014 at 10:45am, [redacted] answered the phone I told her that I didn't receive my refund and she said that her accountant is on vacation and she has to wait until she returns. I expressed that she never stated that when we spoke on August [redacted] she said sorry for the mistake and it will be refunded when she returns from vacation but she didn't say when that was. Abbott's Party Rental need to refund $342.96.Desired Settlement: Abbott's Party Rental need to refund my entire balance of $342.96
