I am rejecting this response because:  I am still not getting my newspaper and they have not moved the newspaper holder to a new location.  I left them a voice mail today and will wait for them to respond.

We responded to the customer explaining that their carrier has moved the newspaper tube to avoid someone else mistaking taking their newspaper. Our operations director provided the customer with a direct phone number. We are following up with the customer on a daily basis for the next three...

After further investigation, it was uncovered that a new subscriber was accidentally taking this customer's paper. One of our district managers spoke with the customer's grand-daughter on the front deck of her house and she explained all has been good since last week.

I accepted the resolution from the Casper Star Tribune for home delivery of the newspaper for the 52 weeks that was paid for. The person from the Tribune that I spoke with said she would contact their billing department to ensure I would receive the newspaper until approximately the end of May. She would find out from them the exact date that I started receiving the newspaper last year and my subscription would end on the day before that date this year. I should still be receiving the newspaper but have not since Saturday April 1st. I called them to report no delivery on Saturday but was unable to speak with a live person. I called to report no delivery on Sunday and was told they could not find my account and would have to send someone an email to get any further information and they would call me later that same day to let me know what they found out. I did not hear back from them. Monday I called to report no delivery and was told my account was suspended for nonpayment. I left a message with the original person (who told me I would be getting the newspaper until the end of May)and asked her to return my call. I have not heard from her as of yet. Do I need to file another complaint with the Revdex.com or what do I do from here? Thank You.[redacted]

Our circulation operations manager reached out to [redacted] Hedges via email on May 12 and to date we have not received a response email from [redacted]. Since there is no account set up under her name in our circulation system we are unable to find the subscription she is referring to in this complaint. Once [redacted] provides us with the name on the subscription or a phone number for us to call we can look into this request.
