The certificates Mr [redacted] is referring to clearly state that a maximum of four may be used per visitHe has tried to argue with my store managers in order to get them to make concessions by stating that he needed to used the certificates by the end of the year even though the certificates also state that the vendor can allow the certificate to be used beyond the expiration dateMr [redacted] did not ask for an extension nor did he lead us to believe he had intentions on making any other purchases, as indicated by his attempt to purchase from a different location, which would use up his remaining certificatesMr [redacted] 's has no validation for a complaint as we were abiding by the the written agreement on the certificates he had purchasedI did instruct all my locations to no longer interact with Mr [redacted] as he had already informed me that he was filing a Revdex.com complaint and therefore I will not allow contact with Mr [redacted] until all issues have been resolved through the process he startedIf Mr [redacted] had not threaten legal actions we would have allowed another purchase using his remaining certificates, up to four per visit, but he would not back down unless we accepted the five certificates he was presentingIn his complaint, Mr [redacted] stated he has made prior purchases at my locations and was fully aware there was a certificate maximumI will allow Mr [redacted] to use his remaining certificates after he ends this complaint and agrees to sign documentation relieving Jeff Pohlman Tire & Auto Service, Inc from all legal recourse and liability including any negative social media postings.Thank You [redacted] * President

I will honor the certificates until 1/31/as quotes are valid for days onlyNo exceptionsThe price for the two tires, *** *** ** Radials will be $with sales tax with no monetary refunds.Documentation stating Mr ***i relieves Jeff Pohlman Tire & Auto Service Incof all legal recourse, liabilities and negative social media postings must be signed prior to all transactions.If Mr***i refuses this proposal then I want the complaint to go to an arbitrator and all offers will be rescinded. As of today, our distributor has only of the tires available and if they are sold before Mr***i places an order with us then we cannot guarantee the quoted priceThe order may only be placed by sending me an e-mail at *** , as my managers do not want to assist Mr***i as he had been verbally abusive and constantly changes his stories along with falsely telling them I have called him vulgar names which just shows the type of individual we are dealing with. Review: I called Abbruzzese Apliance back in August to get my ice maker repaired. They cam and looked at it and said I had a bad icemaker and that he would have to replace it. I approved Lenny to replace the icemake with a new one. I was given a quote of cost Est of icemaker is part 149.95 Service 89.95 + tax. He came and installed the new ice maker on 9-14-15 and he told us it would take a day or so to make ice. After 3 days no ice was made and it still did not work. I called him and he came back and looked at it. When he was their he said the a wiring harness was damaged and he didn't know how to fix it. He said that he would look into it. I had not heard from him for over a week so I called him and left messages a few times without a return call. I finally got thru to him and he said that he is still looking into it. Another week goes by and I have still not heard from him. I again called and left messages and no response. I called from a different phone that he is not aware of and he answered. I asked what is he planning on doing to fix my ice maker. He said he is still trying to figure it out. He said that he would not cash my check that I wrote for $254.30, but I told him he already did. He said he told his secretary not to cash it. Since then I have called and left messages a few times and I am getting no response. I would like him to either fix my ice maker or give me my money back so I can go to someone else that I can get to fix it.Desired Settlement: I would like my ice maker to be fixed or get a refund so I can go to someone else who can fix it.

Review: 3/2-I got ahold of this company by the website they had and called the ###-###-#### number for a in-home dryer repair. A man who claimed his name was [redacted] took my call. He told me that he or someone would be in Butler on 3/4 or 3/5 and that all payment types were accepted. He said that there was a $55.00 deposit fee that was required and would be waived when the technician made the service call. I was fine with it and my appointment was set for 3/5/15 during the hours of 8-11am and he took my c.c. info and gave me a conf. number n gave me this ###-###-#### to also call for any ?'s. Thurs. came, nobody showed so I called the 800 # back and explained my situation, was told to not hang up, but was hung up on twice. I decided to call ###-###-#### and a woman answered n said no appt listed and she was the one who took the phone calls, no one else and the charge was $75.00 serv. fee and they didn't take credit cards...So I later took pics of their website with the information listed (found it by typing dryer repair in butler) posted the on my facebook page, and took a pic of the website, then called my credit card company to try to stop from being ripped offDesired Settlement: not sure. false advertisement is false advertisement, but I got charged a $55.00 fee for a person to come fix my dryer and in the end got the run around and to this day nobody showed up and my dryer still isn't fixed
