Abby was recommended by [redacted], where I bought my Kenmore washer, years ago. They were too back logged to take care of the problem. Abby came out and replaced a transmission drive coupling. I don't wash clothes very often so it was a few weeks before I used the washer. It seemed to be working fine and then I saw that I had a leak coming from underneath. The leak had not existed before the repair. I called and they came back out a few weeks ago and claimed they had nothing to do with the leak, but said it was repaired. They did not say before they came or when they were here that there was a charge for that visit. I washed clothes 7/11/12, and the leak was still evident. I called today and the owner remembered and stated " it was not their problem and that I had refused to pay them the last time they came".
