I bought a used refrigerator and it has a leakThe technician came out and tried to fixit but it still leaks I spoke w the manager and he said he would pick up the refrigerator after Thanksgiving As of today the refrigerator still leaks and is still not picked up
I told the manager to take this one away and he said he could fix my broken refrigerator for After I spoke w him later he said the repair would be over MORE
I said to cancel the repair of my refrigerator and just come and get the leaky refrigeratorHe said he would after Thanksgiving
I called him Monday, Tuesday, and today and he said he has only men and it requires mento move the refrigeratorI said I could ask my neighbor and to send the menThe he said no I'm not coming "you bring it here"
I said you said you would get it and now he says no!
Please help me get my$ back and get the owner to get the refrigerator !!!!!!

We used Abby Appliance to restore our refrigerator after a thunderstorm caused it to blow a fuse While the repair received was fast and effective the customer service surrounding the repair was less than desirable Our original appointment was scheduled for a Thursday but the tech came to our home the day before (Wednesday), their mistake My wife and I were at work but the repair was still able to be performed as a relative was at home The business stated they normally don't take checks but because of the miscommunication and we preferring not to give our credit card number over the phone, we were allowed to mail our payment The invoice provided the business mailing address which my wife used to mail the check the very next day Days went by and our check never cleared our bank We finally call the business 10+ days later to find out they never received our check and we were told they moved and the address on the invoice was wrong but the address on their website was correct WHO KNEW? We were told they normally get their mail from the former address but they have not received our checkMy wife called and requested a discount since the check would have to be cancelled and since they use invoices with an old address, but she was firmly told we already received a discount for the service, WHO KNEW! We were left to pay an additional $to our bank for a check cancellation fee to ensure if our check was found it could not be cashed My wife went to the business and paid the bill in full with cash As of today our check still has not surfaced While we have no concerns with our repair we are likely to use another business for any future repairs based on our experience with Abby Appliance

At Abby all sales are made finalWe do offer warranty on units we saleI offered to repair the unitHer real intent is to refund, hence there is been some frictionWe are more than happy to repair the unit as we promised and make it functionalI did offer her partial refund if she was able to
bring the unit back to me or if I was able to pick it upI am not able to pick the unit up since she is hostile and I do not find myself safe and comfortable, I would offer her partial refund if she brings the unit back to our locationShe did slander my integrity and I am sorry but will not go to her houseShe is more thank welcome to bring the unit here and we will offer her partial refund.Thank you***
