The business has not responded to messages, emails or [redacted] messagesThey have now blocked me from their [redacted] Below is my compaint: Very disappointed in the bouquet that you delivered todayBelow is the one we ordered a purple and white DELUXE bouquet completely filled in with flowers and greensWhat was delivered is the bottom photo which is nothing to compare to the originalIt is empty with a bow that's falling offIt;s not the color we wanted and no where near the value for the one we paid forIf there had to be a substitute I should've been contacted I am embarrassed that we sent that to someoneMy credit card is also pending for the full amount which was to include a balloon which I was aware would not be delivered however I should not be charged for itI've been calling for the past hour and nobody is answeringI would appreciate you acknowledging your mistake and correcting it
