Our son purchased a Samsung tv on black Friday, the cost was around $200. Around March 15th or so, the screen went out, and the tv no longer worked. There was no extended warranty purchased on the tv.
A call to the manufacturer led us to Abby Electronics for repair. We brought the tv in on Tuesday, by Wednesday we received a phone call that the tv was repaired. The screen was replaced with a new one provided by Samsung (which Abby Electronics had shipped to him from Illinois the same day).
The owner even updated the tv and explained how to do it in the future! He was courteous and efficient.
