Abby Spring

They had my Gladiator with a 4.5"lift in their shop for 4 hours. Brought it in to have the drag-link tie-rod end replaced... 30-minute job (they can't do alignments). This turned into them NOT having the part needed and their fearless leader Mike getting involved. Kept me there for 4 hours, did nothing... actually made it worse. I tried to show Mike (owner) the issue after I finally got my keys back... he refused to look at the issue and started calling me names, told me 'people like me are the problem with the world today'... then started taking his jacket off to come out from behind the counter so he could beat me up. What a mn, what a gong show, what a big mouth COWARD Mike is. NEVER take your vehicle there. You should see my bowed front springs, used cottar pins on castle nuts... mns who don't know they are providing death traps to their customers.

Very efficient and friendly shopI phoned Abby Spring on Tuesday and was able to book my motorhome in for repairs the next day at 8:amBy 8:am my vehicle was inside the shopAnother shop advised I needed the bushings replaced in the rear springsUpon inspection it was determined that only spring pads needed replacing which was a less expensive fix.My front wheel bearings were due to be re packed and Abby Spring was able to complete both requests same dayI was told it would take hours to complete the work and given a cost estimateMy motorhome was ready on time and my bill was slightly less than quotedI would strongly recommend this shop
