Abby Windows

We hired Abby Windows to replace original windows in our 70 year old home. We had gotten many estimates by the time the owner, Abby, came to our house herself to speak with us. She was on time and professional and didn't try to waste our time. Her prices and quality exceeded the other companies. We hired them. The work they did was exceptional. They were on time. The left the house cleaner then they found it. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and showed us when they were done. When we had an issue with a screen, not based on anything they did but because of a large dog running through it at full speed, they came out quickly and repaired it at no charge even though they didn't have to and we weren't asking for it or expecting it. They understand customer service. They understand listening to customers and doing the right thing. I would hire them again without a second thought.

Had another big named company come out and give us a estimate. Abby was referred to us by coworkers and when she came out her prices were better than those of a big named company. No sales gimmicks, no buy today and we will give a discount. Replaced 1/2 our windows and will be calling Abby back to complete the project.
