My response is: Obviously they are not admitting fault for their negligence to comply with room service standards. What they mentioned in this message is not true. They preferred to lose a client than lose their money. I don't care about recovering the money I lost anymore, but I will remember this bad experience and will not come back to this hotel ever in my life. And I hope Revdex.com take note and don't allow companies like this to take advantage of customers like me, who act in good faith in trusting their services.]
