Coming towards the negatives, The repair jobs are performed through a vendor, *** IncThe way that they carry out their business is simply Disgusting, I was scheduled an appointment between 1:and 5:and a technician called to let me know he is to arrive in minutes, and no one showed upWhen I called the technician, he was in a different part of the state miles away, and he cursed me and trash talked with meThis is the kind of vendors they associate withIf your furniture has no issues you are lucky, If at all defects are uncovered, *** is their service vendor, and they have no courtesy and no business Ethics
I would say that save your self the agony, frustration and time, and do not bother to deal with AbbysonYou can deal with *** or *** who carry their furnitureWhen push comes to shove, Abbyson does not stand on your side
