We recently moved to the area from out of state, a cleanig referal was given to us by our realtorThe quote for $was given to us, from Just Call Judy, and we were told the home would be scrubbed,cleaned and sanitized, floors, walls, cabinets, inside and out, baseboards and all surfacesWe called Judy to report a large area around the washer and dryer that was not touched, they returned to clean that areaWe were asked by the crew for ladder in order to clean the fans, our furniture had not arrived, so a fan cleaning brush was given to them by usWe found areas on the floor which had spots and dirt that we were able to remove with a little effortIn the following days we have found build up of filth in the top track of the shower doors, on top of shelf wall leading to the bathroom and in areas around some supply vents, that obviousildupwere from many years of buildup In a recent email the claim was made by Judy that they had returned once, and could not continue to return weeks and months later to clean dirt that was from moving and setting up our homeJudy went as far as to contact our realtor,who recomended her company, to discuss our unreasonable claims, and that he must agree since he has not responded eitherwe feel that for the amount of money we paid our home should have been spotless and it was notwe would not recomend this company due to lackluster effort and very poor customer service
