In response to yours of February 24, *** - Hosting did, in fact, place this account with us on 2/11/Our Collector, ***, fielded a call from Ms*** on 2/19/Ms*** requested a copy of the invoice and signed Order, as she said she was unfamiliar with *** as a vendorOur
Collector told her she would request same from *** and e-mail it to her upon receipt.Ms*** then called our office again on 2/and spoke to our Collector, ***I think that call is best explained by sharing ***'s system note documenting that call: "*** called in req invoice- explained we will forward it to her upon receipt from ClientShe was very unreasonable and demanded we sent the invoice immediately."On 2/24/*** informed us that they had placed this account with us in error and that we should close our file, which we didThat ended our involvement on this account.Also note, being a 100% commercial agency, we do not report to any credit bureaus.Please let me know should you need any additional information to close this complaintOtherwise I will assume it has been closedSincerley *** *** Senior Vice President, Quality Assurance & Attorney Network Services
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I HAVE TO LAUGH HOWEVER THAT THE COLLECTION AGENCY STATED "i WAS VERY UNREASONABLE" CONSIDERING THAT COMPANY IS TRYING TO COLLECT A NON-EXISTING DEBT!
