for an estimate of $325and her attorney*** also reviewed and witnessed the signing of the proposalABC AnimalControl completed a comprehensive outside inspection to expose mice entrances and create thetreatment proposal for an estimate of $which was signed by *** as wellIn addition.*** was shown areas of concern that needed to be addressed for future problems withnuisance rodents that were not part of this proposal as a courtesy.On May 13,***'s $inspection proposal of which *** paid a downpayment of $on that same day and agreed to pay the remaining balance when the trapswould be picked upOn May ***'s $treatment proposal consisted of labor andmaterials to repair:• North side of house-Faucet and power line• West side of house-Hole in mortar inside window well• South side of house-Faucet and upper trim board comer• East side of house-Gas line• Bait and set mouse traps in basementTotal Proposal Estimate - $725ABC Animal Control checked in with *** approximately times to see if there wasany evidence of mice after ABC had made all the repairs*** said there was no signs of micebut continued to ask that the traps remain there for peace of mind for a little longerABC Animalcontrol asked to pick up the traps and would collect the rest of the payment at that timeTheinvoice was made out on June but *** was not ready to return the trapsWe haveseveral recorded messages as evidence of this as wellOn December we asked again topick up our equipment and settle her bill and then *** said her bill was paid in full and ourtraps would be in the garageShe also indicated she had a receipt indicating it was paid in fulland she would leave a copy with our equipmentOn December we picked up ourequipment and dropped off the invoiceThere was no receipt left indicating anything was paid infull, so we contacted her to let her know what was dueOn February we have arecorded message from *** indicating that she would gladly pay what was owedjust send herthe signed proposalThe signed proposal was sent to her indicating what was owed and wefollowed up with *** to make sure she received itand she said she hadABC Animal Controlgave *** until April to make payment or we would take legal action*** does notindicate anywhere that she is dissatisfied with our inspection or repair servicesIn factwe have arecorded phone call from *** on May 19, t referring our services to a colleague ***and another referral to *** and *** based on our great workWe charged *** less thanthe quoted amountleft our baited equipment there as long as she wanted them to ease her mind,repaired her problems areas and she no longer has mice coming inSo I am not sure why wewould not be reimhursed for the quality services we provided that was clearly indicated in oursigned proposalNot many pest or rodent control services do actual repair services like ABCAnimal Control so there is no real solution to nuisance or infestation problems like we provide.Concerning your mention of reviewsyour referring consumers to ABC Animal Controlbased on the outstanding service and fair price you receivedYour recorded phone messagesclearly indicate you are grateful for the excellent work provided by ABC Animal Control andthat you have no problem paying for the services you signed ofT on in the proposalWe have anA+ rating on the Revdex.com site with only one resolved complaint in years fromanother consumer who was satisfied with our servicesbut just did not want to pay their billWehave over years of experience working as a wildlife and pest control specialistWe are fullyinsured and licensed through the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and weprovide professional control solutions for nuisance complaintssafety issues and offer repairservices for existing structural problems and damages for residential and commercial propertiesfor satisfied consumers throughout the entire State of Wisconsin.We have recorded phone messages from *** as evidence to support our statementsWe haveencJosed a copy of the signed proposal that was witnessed by her attorney*** on May Services were rendered per our proposal and per agreed upon and we expect to be paid infullIf you require additional informationplease contact me at ###-###-####.Thank you for your time and consideration

Review: I contacted this business and was told by [redacted] that 300 dollers would be the price for him to come to my house(he verified the square footage of my house with me) to catch a mouse and find out how the mouse got into my home and fix what he found. In talking to him his big selling point was for one price I come out and find how the mouse got in, patch up any holds that he finds and catch the mouse or mice or whatever critter he finds. He compared this to a great deal because other pest control companies will keep coming back and keep charging you every time so his deal was the best because it is one price for everything. He came out and I had already trapped the mouse that morning, he checked the outside of my home and the basement(never went into the attic). Thought he found the place the mouse had gotten in and patched a few holes and left a couple of mouse traps in the basement. At this time I wrote him a check for three hundred dollars and he left, no mention of any other charges. In the months to follow we talked on the phone at least three to five times, I also told him that his traps were in a bag in my garage and he could come and pick them up anytime. Seven months later to the time of his service, which was May of 2015, Christmas eve day 2015 he called me and said he wanted to settle up the bill. He told me I owed him another three hundred and eight two dollars for the work he did. I asked him why he waited for seven months before he said anything, he said he had the bill in his truck and wanted to save the cost of the stamp. I have since saw reviews on his website(there were no reviews at the time of hire that I could find) which state the same thing I am stating, in fact there is one from march of 2015Desired Settlement: I will not have to pay this second bill that he left at my house seven months later. The charges on the second bill were never discussed before the work was done, the only charge discussed was the three hundred dollar charge for him to come to my house, check my house and repair what he found, this is what he did and this is what I paid him for.

There was no receipt left indicating anything was paid infull, so we contacted her to let her know what was due. On February 24. 2015 we have arecorded message from [redacted] indicating that she would gladly pay what was owed. just send herthe signed proposal. The signed proposal was sent to her indicating what was owed and wefollowed up with [redacted] to make sure she received it. and she said she had. ABC Animal Controlgave [redacted] until April 7.2015 to make payment or we would take legal action.
