This company is HORRIBLE!! Upon further research, I needed to clarify that the technician, Norman, returned to with the parts he alledgedly ordered from China, in May I waited almost two months for him to return to fix my appliance Also, I paid an additional $in May, plus the $in March So I
would like to be reinmbursed for the full amount of $ I had a second refridgerator technician come out today (the second this week), and he told me the same thing that the first one told me He said that whomever did the work on my refrdigerator did not due a good job and he didn't even think the converter part looked new He also mentioned that a clamp was put on the line, instead of the valve, and it allowed the gas to slowly seep out of the line, causing my refridgerator/freezer to stop working again He also mentioned that one of the pieces was not even properly connected to the appliance He also verified that Whirlpool parts are readily available in a local wharehouse, or could be ordered very quickly, domestically The parts he needs to fix my appliance, which are the parts ABC should have repaired, are available in Albuquerque And one other thing that I learned today, is that Whirlpool had a recall on a completely different part, that the manufacturer covers 100%, but ABC didn't tell me this I called and spoke to the receptionist the day I submitted my first complaint, and asked to speak with the owner or manager She said she would have a manager call me Instead I got a message from Norman, the tech that did the shoddy work that I'm complaining about I called again today and left a message stating I wanted an owner or manager to call me, not a technician Noone has called me thus far

ABC will send the customer a 63.13 refund via cashiers check by mail. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive refund.

Dear [redacted],I called ABC Appliance Repair on Wednesday, Aug 24.  As usual, my only option was to leave a voice mail.  I advised ABC Appliance Repair that  7 business days had passed since they responded to the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com.   I asked if they had mailed my refund check yet, and I requested a call back.  No one from ABC Appliance Repair, however, has returned my phone call. Please contact them again.  Since ABC Appliance Repair has failed to follow through with their initial response to my complaint, I am no longer satisfied with their response. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue. Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: [redacted] from ABC Appliance Repair came to my home on Thursday May 15, 2014 to inspect my ** refrigerator that had a temperature control problem. He determined that the problem was a bad user interface board that should be replaced. He did not have the part with him and he told me that the cost for the part would be $250.00 and that he required a 50% deposit to order the part and that he could get the part in 1-2 days. I wrote him a check for $125.00 and he made an appointment with me to return to my home with the new part on Monday, May 19 between 1-3 PM and complete the repair. [redacted] did not return to my home on May 19, nor did he call to say that he was not coming. My wife called him on Tuesday, May 20 and asked why he had not come as per the appointment he made with me. [redacted] responded that the part had not come in and he would not be calling to make an appointment until the part did come in. He had no explanation for not calling to cancel the appointment he made for the 19th.

I sent an e-mail to [redacted] on June 3 to ask the status of the order for the part needed to repair my refrigerator. [redacted] did not respond. I called ABC Appliance on June 6 but my call was sent to [redacted]'s voice mail where I was told that his in-box was full and that I could not leave a message. On June 7, I sent a letter to [redacted] by Priority Mail asking him to either complete the repair or refund my $125.00 deposit. The letter was confirmed delivered by the [redacted] to [redacted] on June 9 at 1:05 PM. There has been no response from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $125.00 deposit so that I can find another service person who will repair my refrigerator.

Review: We called ABC to fix our refrigerator on 27 Aug 13, said they would be out on 28 Aug between 1400 and 1700 hrs. My wife asked if the late appointment would affect the parts order and [redacted] said "no". They came out on 28 Aug 13 before 1700 hrs, as per our phone call the previous day. The repairman, [redacted], took freezer apart but could not get the top shelf of freezer out- he said shelf did not come out-then flushed coil with water to thaw the unit. As we were talking, [redacted] stated "there is no school for refrigeration repair, its all on the job training". Told me I would get $20 off my bill if I could show him how to get the tray out when he came back. I paid $118,ck [redacted], and [redacted] said he would order part and return to complete the repair. On 29 Aug 13, [redacted] called and said he would be here on 30 Aug 13 between 1200 and 1500 hours. At that time my wife questioned why he was so late and he said "the part would not be in until late Thursday". He never showed up and never called. I called ABC repair on 30 Aug 13 at 1535 hrs and 1610 hrs to ask why they didn't come. My wife called [redacted], owner of ABC repair, around 1745 hrs. and left a message. Around 1800 hrs on 30 Aug, [redacted] called my wife to tell her that the part was not in yet. [redacted] acted like there was no problem, but did not set new appointment time. On 3 Sep 13 at 0930 hrs, my wife called ABC repair, to see what was going on and [redacted]. said we were scheduled for a repair between 1400 and 1700 hrs that day! Later on 3 Sep 13 at 1714 hrs, I called ABC repair because the repairman didn't come. Around 1750 hrs, ABC left a message on our answering machine that the part had not been ordered until Fri, 30 Sep 13 and part was not in yet. Again, no call back to set new appointment. On 4 Sep 13, around 1630 hrs, ABC called and said they would be at our house in 20 minutes. They never showed up!

They have been totally unreliable and undependable! Now we have to have another company come out and diagnose the repair and order parts.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund because we have been patient and the refrigerator is still not fixed and we have to have another company come out to diagnose and repair the unit.

Review: Called Appliance Repair masters for [redacted] washing machine not draining properly. Service technician, named [redacted] said timer was bad and needed to be replaced. We had the work done and paid $345.00 for the parts, labor and a written one year warranty. This repair was completed on September 3, 2013.On Friday Novemeber 15th, the same problem reoccured. We called appliance repair masters and [redacted] returned on Monday, November 18th and said the part was under warranty and he would return on Wed, November 20th to replace. We never heard from [redacted] again, he will not return any phone calls, and there is no other number available to call. We have called over 10 times with no respones. Have left a message each time to no avail.Desired Settlement: We need to have the repair finished as warranted or a full refund.

Review: I called ABC Appliance Repair in early April 2014 to repair my [redacted] dishwasher. They charged me $385 up front to replace the motherboard, but that did not solve the problem and after three repair appointments my dishwasher still does not drain. To make matters worse, in the course of their work, they have broken my dishwasher door. I have called the company several times and left several messages, but my telephone calls have not been returned. Two months have passed and I am still unable to use my dishwasher and ABC Appliance Repair has made no effort to return the money I have paid, which is a substantial amount of money for a senior citizen to pay without receiving full service. ABC Appliance Repair does not appear to know how to resolve the problem and has made matters worse along the way.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I would like the $385 that I have paid to ABC Appliance Repair returned in full so that I can work with an honorable, knowledgeable company to have my dishwasher completely repaired in a timely manner. I would be happy to return the motherboard.

Review: Refrigerator is still broken only worked one day! Have a 30 day warranty, he will not return calls. He does not honor his contract. He also is doing business as tri county appliance repair. 285 dollars gone and no refrigerator working. Truely disappointed in this man and his business ethics.Desired Settlement: Want my money back since you did not fix refrigerator and could have caused my family to get freon poisoning. I want my money back.

If your considering hiring this Appliance Service DON'T!!! They left my drying in parts two months ago and will not return my calls. They had no issue cashing two checks totaling 235.00 dollars.Pleasedo yourself a favor and rip their add out of your phonebook and throw it away.

Review: ABC was called to service my mother's [redacted] washer which would only run in the spin cycle. The repair was made and the invoice was paid. It noted the water inlet valve was not functioning. Supposedly, the valve was replaced and the washer worked for one load. After the one load, it no longer worked and would not fill up. Also, the hot water had been turned off and it was so tight that a handyman had to come and loosen the faucet. Numerous attempts to contact ABC failed and they refuse to return any calls. We are stuck with a nonfunctioning washer and paid over $150 for service which was horribly inadequate.Desired Settlement: We would appreciate a return phone call that a refund will be forthcoming within the next 30 days.

Review: This is to file a complaint against A B C Appliance Repair Services and the repair man

[redacted] Rick. On Feb.the26th, I called A B C to repair my freezer. without checking

the inside of the freezer he installed a compressor relay switch when the compressor

was running which shows that the relay and the compressor were working ok, as I know

about different items being mechanical incline and have worked on various items.

I called [redacted] on the 27th and told him the box was warmer now than it was before

he worked on it. [redacted] came back the 28th and said it wasen't worth fixing due to a

leak in the aluminum tubeing which he should have checked to start with. [redacted] stated

being I didn't fix the freezer I will refund you $125.00 after he charged me $235.00 on the 26th of

Feb . which I thought was to high for the time he was here. [redacted] stated that he would

mail the check out Monday March the 3rd. I waited until the 18th to give him time and called

him and he said he would mail the check tomorrow or would stop by and pay me out of his pocket.

this never happened. called him on March the 28th left message and he would not return my

call. I called 4- 1- 14,_ 4-3-14,_ and 4-4-14 to no answer. I called the business on the 4th and the

man I talked to after telling him the ordeal said he would call me in 2 hours with a answer this

never happened. called the office again on the 18th and was told to call back tomorrow

on Saturday the 19th for a answer. this didn't happen either. called several times and they

would not answer the phone as I take a man to be as good as his word. all i'm getting is false

information. If there is anything you can do to get this settled would be appreciatedDesired Settlement: Unspecified
