I am rejecting this response because: Any other actual dealership takes care of their customers to make sure they are satisfiedNot lied to about the operating conditions of a vehicleIf this is actually how they can operate I'm gonna open up my piggy bank and start selling shady cars and offering to fix em at a "Reduced Cost"So now that dollar pickup now turned into a 3-dollar pickupWin win for you guys no matter whatYour only offer to make it right is to pay me back for the "new" battery that you guys had in thereThe battery was from That's not making it right at all that's just putting a band aid over the whole situationOf course you should pay for that battery cause it was supposed to be in thereBut that's not all I'm settling for

to some form of agreementThis situation is uniqueThe complainant, [redacted] , is simply lying about the course of events in regards to her vehicle issues as well as the timeline / manner of interactions with ABC Auto BrokersSince receiving correspondence from the Revdex.com, we have been gathering information to bring actual facts to light regarding this issueWe have text message records as well as correspondence with the AUL warranty company in regards to the issue at hand.When ABC was initially contacted on Octregarding the issue with the Saturn Vue, there was initial miscommunication in regards to getting the vehicle out to our repair facilityAs the symptoms were described to me, Kenny [redacted] , it seemed as if a brake had seizedVia text messaging after our regular business hours on my day off (which I have included transcripts of), [redacted] was informed that we needed to get the car inspected at our facility to figure out what the failure was and if it will fall under covered items under terms of the service contract as displayed via submitted text messagesThe next day, Oct [redacted] asked for the address to our repair shop and indicated that she was having the vehicle towed to usWe did not hear from [redacted] again until Novwhen the Saturn seemingly had the same issue again and was disabled, at which point I was told by [redacted] that the transmission had failed and the local Cenex repair shop did not work on transmissionsSince [redacted] was busy at work, I (Kenny [redacted] ) under [redacted] 's direction contacted the road side assistance company and had the vehicle picked up from the Cenex station and brought to our repair facility, so we could finally inspect the vehicleThis was the second time the Saturn Vue was at Cenex.In talking with [redacted] Over the phone we were told that Cenex had previously inspected the the vehicle,found nothing wrong, and told her to drive the vehicleThis is what led to [redacted] 's Revdex.com description of having driven the vehicle a short distance and the vehicle again breaking downABC never got the vehicle brought to our repair facility until 11-27-2017, almost two months after being initially contacted that there was a problemFurthermore, the warranty company NEVER stated that the failure was caused by a previous accident as stated by the complainantAUL stated, on 11-27-2017, that there was nothing worth noting in the car-fax report as stated in the report that we are enclosingWe repaired a relatively small dent in the top of the front right quarter panel of the Saturn after point of purchaseThe purchaser didn't notice it, it was just something I wanted to take care of for her.As the month of December continued on, we were contacted by [redacted] , her friend ***, and another anonymous female numerous times as to the progress of the vehicle [redacted] was aware that the warranty company was not covering the damage [redacted] and her friend [redacted] were at ABC Auto in December, and requested that the car be repaired and they were in fact told what it would costAfter the vehicle was repaired (at a discount), We (ABC) were then confronted with the fact that [redacted] did not want to pay for the repairHer friend [redacted] tried negotiating a lower price, but we notified him that we weren't billing her for the full labor hours already effectively giving her a discountABC Auto Brokers incurred the cost of the replacement parts and fluids, ABC paid labor and attributable employments taxes to the employee that worked on the Saturn, we also incurred a loss in productivity due to the fact that we worked on a vehicle and were never paid for the servicesThere was plenty of other work on other vehicles that could have been done during that same times period.ABC Auto Brokers holds the Revdex.com in the highest of regards, we always have and always will do our very best to help customers in their time of needWe feel it is unfair that the Revdex.com is being used / manipulated in a deceptive manner to get free repair workThe fact of the matter is that [redacted] never brought the vehicle to us to be inspected after her initial issue, continued to drive the car which led to total failure of the transfer caseHad the vehicle been brought to us right away, we would have had a chance to diagnose the issue and potentially replace / repair the transfer caseThe warranty company was completely in the right to deny this claim because the customer was driving the vehicle knowing there was an issueIt should be noted, that ABC Auto NEVER diagnosed the Vue as having a brake issueDescribed symptoms led us to believing it as a potential issue, but diagnoses was still necessarySincerely,Kenny [redacted] OwnerABC
